Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Artisan integrity and client satisfaction are foundational to Dervish Collection. Standard edition garments can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return ready-to-wear edition items within 14 (fourteen) days from the physical delivery date without stating any reason or incurring any penalties.
2. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Tailoring Policy
Pursuant to Article 15/1-b of the Distance Contracts Regulation, garments custom-tailored to specific body measurements or individualized specifications cannot be returned or refunded. We provide complimentary fitting adjustments and atelier alteration support for all bespoke commissions.
3. Return Procedure & Steps
- 1. Notification: Send your return request with your order number to [DOLDURULACAK: Destek e-postası].
- 2. Packaging: Place the item unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and protective garment packaging.
- 3. Complimentary Shipping: Dispatch the package via our authorized courier partner using the complimentary return code provided.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected at our atelier, approval is processed within 3 business days. The full refund will be credited directly to your original payment card via PayTR within 14 statutory days.
5. Damaged Shipments
If you notice physical damage, tears, or moisture on the outer package upon delivery, please request a formal damage report from the courier before accepting, and contact our team immediately.
