Distance Sales Agreement & Pre-Information
This agreement governs the terms, rights, and obligations between the BUYER and the SELLER for transactions completed on dervishcollection.com.

BUYER (CONSUMER):
The individual or legal entity placing an order on dervishcollection.com with provided name, shipping address, and contact details.
2. Subject & Scope
The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of bespoke tailoring, presale editions, and garments ordered via dervishcollection.com.
3. Pricing, VAT & Payment
All product prices displayed on our website include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT / KDV). Payments are processed securely via PayTR 256-bit SSL encrypted gateway supporting international Visa, Mastercard, and domestic debit/credit cards.
4. Pre-Order & Production Timelines
Dervish Collection garments are crafted with limited-edition natural textiles and artisan tailoring. Presale editions are dispatched on the estimated target dates specified on the product page. Buyers retain the right to cancel their pre-order at any time prior to physical dispatch.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Bespoke Tailoring Exception
Pursuant to Article 15/1-b of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for "goods prepared in line with the consumer’s individual requests or personal needs." Accordingly, personalized, custom-tailored, and bespoke garments made to individual measurements are exempt from the standard return right.
For ready-to-wear standard sizing edition garments, the BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date without stating any reason.
6. Delivery & Shipping
Express delivery is complimentary on all orders within Turkey. Orders are shipped insured via authorized logistics partners ([DOLDURULACAK: Kargo firması]). Damaged parcels must be rejected with a formal carrier damage report.
7. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the jurisdiction of the Buyer or Seller are authorized within the statutory monetary limits declared annually by the Ministry of Trade.
